If you experience issues connecting the camera with your smartphone, the following should correct the issue. (Note, the menus and options may vary depending on the smartphone manufacturer and telecom operator) Go to: Settings → Wi-Fi → Advanced. From there make sure “Auto switch between Wi-Fi networks and mobile networks” is not checked.
