I have a good old Dell XPS 420,approx 9 yrs old computer which has various mechanical updates installed over time (2xdrives 2 terrabytes each, 2x cd/dvd drives, 8gb ram etc) On changeover to Windows 10 pro x64bit, the only driver issue I had/have is I could not acquire a W10 driver for the 'MiniView device' installed. It worked on Windows 7 previously. Any ideas where I can acquire one, if possible? Please do not say DELL. Nightmare site!

Grab the HWINFO from for your system, either 32/64-bit (if you have 64-bit OS please get the HWINFO64-bit (portable OK), else get 32-bit It will be interesting in what it spits out.

Then save the report to, text file or HTML also OK Then attach file to reply. Then wait for the Gremlins to process information you posted, make a sandwich and buy beers all-round.
